Dorothy E. Hoffman, 87, a resident of the Russell House in Virginia Beach, died Dec. 1, 1995.
She was a native of New York and the widow of Everett V. Hoffman Sr. She was a member of Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
She is survived by her daughter, June Cafiso of Atlanta; son, Everett V. Hoffman and his wife, Sue, of Virginia Beach; a sister, Irma Cafiso of Long Island, N.Y.; eight grandchildren, Johnny Glee, Jill Hoffman Vendette, Matt Cafiso, Michael Cafiso, Laura Cafiso, Barbara Hoffman, Karen Hoffman, and Curtis Cafiso; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by Father J. Michael Breslin in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Russell House Transportation Vehicle Fund or the American Cancer Society.
