The dedication of the new Thurgood Marshall Elementary School at 2706 Border Road will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 10. John W. Marshall, a U.S. marshal and son of the late Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, will speak. Entertainment will be provided by the students and staff of the school. There will also be a tour of the building and refreshments will be provided. by CNB
