James R. ``Junior'' Ellis, 57, of the 1000 block of Lindale Drive, died Dec. 1, 1995, in his home.
He was employed by Bergey's Dairy and was a native of Norfolk.
He is survived by two daughters, Earline Spruill and Terry Carranza of Chesapeake; sister, Mildred Gassatt of Norfolk; brother, William Ellis of Chesapeake; two sons-in-law, Billy Spruill of Chesapeake, Jo Jo Carranza of Chesapeake; and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive guests today from 2 to 5 p.m. at 1018 Lindale Drive, Chesapeake. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge of the arrangements.
