CRIME LINE

Police are seeking public help in solving these cases:

CHESAPEAKE

Several armed robberies have occurred in the Western Branch section. One occurred Nov. 27 when a man was robbed at gunpoint in the 3500 block of Dunedin Drive.

The gunmen, both juveniles, took the victim's wallet and keys and fled in the victim's car.

The suspects were described as black, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds and wearing sweatshirts.

NORFOLK

On Nov. 23, just after 2 a.m., a man entered the 7-Eleven store in the 200 block of W. Olney Road. After briefly walking around the store, the man approached the counter and announced: ``This is a robbery.'' He displayed a broken bottle and demanded money.

Pictures were taken of the robber.

He is described as black, in his 30s, 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 200 pounds. He has a dark complexion, short hair, a full beard and was wearing a black jacket and beige pants.

VIRGINIA BEACH

More than $50,000 in damage was done to equipment and buildings at Virginia Beach's new amphitheater, under construction on Recreation Drive, on Friday or Saturday, Oct. 27 or 28.

The vandalism occurred between 6:30 p.m. and 6 a.m. when someone entered the construction area and used a bulldozer to run over equipment and knock down a wall to the administration building of the amphitheater.

A red Chevrolet Blazer was seen leaving the construction site. The occupants may have been involved or may have witnessed the destruction.

HAMPTON

During the early morning of Nov. 18, a man entered a woman's apartment on Elizabeth Road and confronted the woman, who was home alone and in her bedroom.

He sexually assaulted the victim and demanded money before leaving.

He is described as black, 20 to 25 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, with a medium build. ILLUSTRATION: Photo

Norfolk police are seeking this suspect in the Nov. 23 robbery of a
