Frank Floyd Poplin, 63, of the 1400 block of Shelton Road, a retired bricklayer, died Dec. 3, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
Mr. Poplin was born in Albemarle, N.C.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy Whitley Poplin; two sons, Jeffrey F. Poplin of Suffolk and Clifford F. Poplin of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Libby Gibson and Patricia Howell, both of Norwood, N.C.
The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Funeral services and burial will be in Albemarle, N.C.
