Marcus Lars Hulings, 49, died Nov. 24, 1995, in Belize City, Belize.
Mr. Hulings was born in New York. He was retired from civil service and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a civilian trainer during the Desert Storm Gulf War.
Survivors include two daughters, Georgianna Hulings and Laura Hulings, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Marcus Stone of Fairfax, Va.; his mother, Edith C. Hulings of Virginia Beach; and two brothers, Tim Hulings of Elkton, Va., and Joseph Hulings of Burke, Va.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, Va., by the Rev. Evelyn Puckett. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one's favorite charity.
