BOARD OFFICERS ELECTED

Samuel K. Shaw Sr. was elected chairman of the Camden County Board of Commissioners on Monday. Benjamin C. Gray was named vice chairman.

Shaw, a 17-year board veteran and former vice chairman, is the county's first black board chairman, county officials said.
