TWA BREAKS GROUND ON RESERVATION CENTER

St. Louis-based Trans World Airlines broke ground Monday on its East Coast reservation center in Norfolk's Lake Wright Executive Center at 2500 N. Military Highway. TWA's presence will add 500 jobs to the Hampton Roads economy and a payroll of $16 million. The one-story, 40,000-square-foot facility is scheduled for completion in May. TWA received $450,000 from Gov. George Allen's Opportunity Fund. (Staff) by CNB
