Dora Everett, 78, of the 500 block of Walker Ave., died Dec. 4, 1995, in Virginia Beach.
She was a native of North Carolina and a member of St. Mark United Church of Christ, Norfolk. She was a member of the Pastor's Aid Committee, Missionary Board and Deaconess Board. She had been a member of the church for over 50 years.
Survivors include two nieces and one nephew, Mcallister Banks Sr. of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in St. Mark United Church of Christ by the Rev. Thomas J. Hart. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Pretlow's Funeral Home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at the church. Family and friends will assemble at the church at 12:45 p.m. Friday.
