A letter from the city manager and an ordinance authorizing the operation of an establishment for the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption at the Norfolk Botanical Garden. Adopted, 5-2. Collins and Riddick voted no.
An ordinance to amend and re-ordain section 25-295 of the Norfolk City Code, 1979, relating to parking penalties so as to decrease the fines relating to expired meters and feeding the meter. Adopted, 4-3. Collins, Riddick and Joseph N. Green Jr. voted no.
