Ottis H. Hotchkiss, 84, formerly of the 300 block of Forrest Ave., died Nov. 24, 1995.
He was a retired seaman and was a native of Key West, Fla. He was the widower of Mrs. Hendel H. Hotchkiss and was a member of Central Baptist Church, Norfolk. He served his country in war time.
He is survived by a brother, Delmar Hotchkiss of Orlando, Fla., and also is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 9 a.m. today by the Rev. Ottis Colston. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
