Mark S. Rice, 25, of the 500 block of Draper Drive, died Dec. 7, 1995.
Mr. Rice, a native of Norfolk, worked for Davis Masonry Company in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include his parents, Harold J. and Diana F. Rice of Norfolk; a sister, Erin Rice of Norfolk; maternal grandmother, Leithel Frill of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Richard Hardison. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 4 to 6 p.m. today.
