Flora E. Street, 97, of the 6300 block of Eastport Road, died Sunday, Dec. 10, 1995.
Mrs. Street was a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach. She was born in Bertie County, N.C., and was the widow of William Boyd Street. She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church, Chesapeake Moose Chapter 691, the Jean Craig Ladies Circle and Indian River Senior Citizens.
Survivors include three sons, William F. Street, Albert Leo Street and Lonnie Street; four daughters, Lenora Haste, Ula Iorio, Margaret Roughton and Millie Parenti; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial United Methodist Church, 804 Gammon Road, by the Rev. Joe Carson. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held at the church from noon until the hour of the service. Altmeyer Funeral Home of Norfolk is handling all arrangements.
