LLOYD D. BAKER

Lloyd D. Baker, 80, died Dec. 9, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mr. Baker was born in Altus, Okla. He was retired from Norfolk Naval Shipyard and from a shipyard in California. He was a member of Gatesville Masonic Lodge (NU)126 AF & AM in Gatesville, N.C.

Survivors include his wife, Ann P. Baker; a daughter, Pamela B. Ward of Chesapeake; a sister, Marie DeGeorge of Salt Lake City, Utah; a granddaughter, Sherry Ward of Virginia Beach; two grandsons, William Donald Ward Jr. and his wife Deb, and Brian Ward, all of Portsmouth.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Neal Sasser. Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel, is in charge.
