A 27-year-old man was fatally shot Monday night outside a residence in the 2700 block of Omohundro Ave.
Larry E. Stegall, whose last known address was in the 1500 block of 40th Street, was pronounced dead at the scene when paramedics arrived at about 8:07 p.m., said Larry Hill, spokesman for the Norfolk Police Department.
