Mariette Teresa ``Mickey'' Morrissette, 69, of 4042 Sadler Drive, died Dec. 10, 1995, in Obici Hospital.
A native of Quebec Province, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Yvonne Bouchard Berube. She was the widow of Robert Leonard Morrissette. Mrs. Morrissette was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fleet Reserve Unit 40.
Survivors include her son and his wife, Robert L. and Helen Morrissette of Portsmouth; two grandchildren, Christopher Morrissette and Corinna Morrissette; two sisters, Giselle Berube Levesque and Yolande Berube Pelletier, both of Nashua, N.H.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mary's Catholic Church by Father Thomas B. Nee. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in the R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home, Thursday, from 5 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23439, or to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 202 S. Broad St., Suffolk, Va. 23434.
