Loretta Patricia Larcombe, 60, of the 400 block of Crawford St., died Dec. 12, 1995 in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Mrs. Larcombe was a native of St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. She was a volunteer for several Portsmouth organizations including Portsmouth General Hospital, Oasis Social Ministry, Police Mounted Patrol, Portsmouth Museums, and was a past president of the Portsmouth General Hospital Auxiliary. She was a member of Upsilon Chapter of Psi Iota Xi Sorority.
Survivors include her husband, John F. Larcombe; two daughters, Marie A. Larcombe of Brodnax, Va., Alice H. Jones of Windsor, Va.; three grandchildren; two brothers; and four sisters.
A funeral service will be held at noon Thursday in Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, by Clayton M. Robertson. Private burial will be in Greenfield, Ind. Friends may join the family today from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Children's Museum of Virginia, 221 High St., Portsmouth, Va. 23704.
