DISTRICT A

Grand larceny, 2700 block Windjammer Road, Dec. 4, someone took from a residence three silver dollars and a variety of rings including one Mars cluster ring, two diamond and emerald rings, and three custom made rings.

DISTRICT B

Hit and run, 1300 block Progress Road, Dec. 5, someone operating a vehicle struck another car that was parked in a private parking lot.

Motor vehicle theft, 4900 block Nansemond Parkway, Dec. 6, someone removed a yellow, 4-door, 86 Olds Cutlass Sierra.

DISTRICT C

Grand larceny, 500 block Mason Ave., Nov. 30, someone removed water heater, shower and kitchen sink pipes valued at $250 from a residence.

Grand larceny, 100 block Bute St., Dec. 3, someone revmoved a red and white '78 Ford F-150. The vehicle has a red bug shield, running boards with lights, a fifth wheel hitch in bed and running lights on top.

Petty larceny, 900 block North Main St., Dec. 4, someone entered a car parked at a grocery store and removed a portion of a Suffolk city decal.

Grand larceny, 900 block North Main St., Dec. 4, someone removed a money order in the amount of $339 as the owner was shopping.

Breaking and entering, 100 block Clay St., Dec. 5, someone entered a residence through a window and removed an RCA VCR from the living room.

DISTRICT D

Breaking and entering, 200 block Holladay St., Nov. 30, someone entered a residence through an unlocked front door and removed a JVC dual cassette tape player.

Breaking and entering, 200 block Spruce St., Nov. 30, someone entered a residence by forcing the rear door open. Once inside, a Samsung microwave oven, a RCA color television, a Super Nintendo game and cartriges, and a boom box AM/FM stereo cassette player were removed.

Petty larceny, 1000 block Truman Road, Dec. 2, someone took an inspection sticker from a vehicle.

Petty larceny, 1200 block Portsmouth Blvd., Dec. 4, someone pumped $7.89 worth of gas into a red '94 Hyundai and left without paying.

Breaking and entering, 1300 block Portsmouth Blvd., Dec. 6, someone pried open the door to a business and removed $50 in change.

DISTRICT F

Vandalism, 5300 block Whaleyville Blvd., Dec. 5, after fighting with a relative, someone kicked the rear side panel of a vehicle and broke off the antenna. by CNB
