Gilbert H. ``Gil'' Hall Sr., of the 1500 block of Lakeview Drive, died Dec. 13, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Hall was born in Laurel, Miss., and was a member of the Bayside Presbyterian Church. He retired from the Norfolk Paint Co. as an outside representative, then moved into a customer and public relations position with Norfolk Checkered Taxi Co. for five years.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret Stanley Hall; two sons, Douglas D. Hall of Virginia Beach and Gilbert H. Hall Jr. of Olathe, Kan.; a daughter, Sandra R. Starck of Virginia Beach; and three grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at the Bayside Presbyterian Church, 1400 Ewell Road, Virginia Beach, on Friday, Dec. 15, 1995, from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m. The Rev. Richard Keever and the Rev. Will Kiser-Lowrance will officiate at the service. Interment will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bayside Presbyterian Church Building Fund or the American Cancer Society. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
