William Lee Owen, 69, of Norfolk, died Dec. 9, 1995.
A native of Norfolk, Mr. Owen lived the past eight years in Naples, Fla., and is survived by his wife, Cecelia Stauffer Owen; a daughter, Cecelia Layton Owen; and a son, William Lee Owen Jr. He is also survived by two brothers, Richard Clement Owen and Peyton Hall Owen; and three sisters, Mrs. John Carter Matthews, Mrs. Edwin Clay Kellam and Mrs. Edward V. Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Southwest Florida Golf Charities, 1207 Sunbird Ave., Marco Island, Fla. 33937.
