Albert Thomas Wiggins, 76, of the 400 block of Plummer Drive, died Dec. 14, 1995.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, today from 3 to 5 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
