Blanche Krahenbill Heberlin, 99, of 3600 block of Vanatta Road, died Dec. 10, 1995.
Mrs. Heberlin, the widow of Benton R. Heberlin, was a native of Black River Falls, Wis. She was the owner of Heberlins's Grocery Store of Norfolk, Mudd's Pet Shop of Norfolk, and Benton's Guest House in Virginia Beach. She was a member of Kempsville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Grover of Okemos, and Rena E. Griffith of Supply, N.C.; three grandchildren, Don C. Eaton of Florence, S.C., Evie and Steven Grover, both of Virginia Beach; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maude Simpson and Samuel Krahenbill.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Kelly Burris. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kempsville Baptist Church or the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad.
