PORTSMOUTH - Thomas Brinkley Richards, 75, of One Crawford Parkway died Dec. 13, 1995 after a brief illness.
Mr. Richards, a native of Portsmouth, was retired from Robbie's Home Center in Portsmouth. He attended St. Paul's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Ruth Kevill Richards; and a brother, Frank Richards of Rancho Cordova, Calif.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today in Olive Branch Cemetery by the Rev. Joseph Slowik and the Rev. F. John Bergeron. Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends at their home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul's Catholic Church, 518 High St., Portsmouth, Va. 23704.
