William Earle Kinsey, 86, of the 400 block of Queen St., died Dec. 15, 1995, in a hospital.
Mr. Kinsey, a native of Elizabeth City, N.C., was retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as an electrician. He was a Catholic and is survived by his wife, Anna A. Kinsey.
A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. James Griffin. Foster Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
