Stephen Bancroft Tyler Jr., 74, formerly of the Algonquin Park section of Norfolk, died Dec. 14, 1995.
He was the son of the late Stephen B. Tyler and Bessie M. Tyler. He was retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and was a native of Norfolk. Mr. Tyler was a member of Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Virginia Tyler Webster of Chevy Chase, Md., and Mrs. Anne Tyler Smith of Suffolk, and Essex, Conn.; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd.
