Josephine M. Williams, 71, of the 300 block of Hatton St., died Dec. 12, 1995, in Maryview Hospital.
Mrs. Williams, a retired store manager, worked for Troy Hughes Enterprises. She was a member of Celestial Baptist Church, where she was involved in Eliza Jones Missionary Circle, Willing Workers, Pastors Aid and Sunday school.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Williams; a sister, Maxine M. Hill of Paterson, N.J.; five nieces; a nephew; and other relatives.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Celestial Baptist Church by the Rev. Leon J. Boone. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake. The family will be at the residence. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Monday. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge.
