ETHEL D. WILLIAMS

Ethel D. Williams, 92, of the 2000 block of Linster St., died Dec. 13, 1995 in Leigh Memorial Hospital, Norfolk.

She was a native of Norfolk and the widow of Moses Williams Sr. She was a member of Triumph COGIC for 16 years. She was also a member of Ebenizer COGIC for 60 years where she was the oldest member of the church and belonged to the Mother's Board.

She is survived by three daughters, Annie Rudder of Long Island, N.Y., Mary Williams of Portsmouth, Beatrice Vaughan of Chesapeake; two sons, Albert Williams of Long Island, Moses Williams Jr. of Chesapeake; two sisters, Mother Mary Alice Hill of Chesapeake and Missionary Ida Mae Davis of Norfolk; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren; relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Elder Alston Young in St. Paul's Church of God in Christ, 1615 Isaac St., Norfolk. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The family will receive friends at 405 Avondale Road, Portsmouth. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
