Charles J. Roberts, 51, died Dec. 17, 1995.
Mr. Roberts, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, retired from the Navy in 1984 after 20 years. He was in the legal department. He was a member of Goldwing Road Riders Association.
Survivors include his wife, Liz Roberts; his father, Charles Roberts of Somerset, Ky.; his mother-in-law, Hazel Williamson of Maryland; and a brother-in-law, Jerry Williamson of Maryland.
A funeral will be held in Whitley City, Ky., at a later date. Hickman-Strunk Funeral Home is in charge. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Umphlett Funeral Home, Newport News.
