Louise C. Fischer, of the first block of Hull Street, died died Dec. 18, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mrs. Fischer was born in Bertie County, N.C., and was the widow of Kermit Paul Fischer. She was a retired printer for Glazer Printing Company. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include a daughter, Delores Frohlich of Norfolk; a sister, Anna Kennedy of Chesapeake; two granddaughters, Cindy White and Susan Rowland; four great-grandchildren, Tommy White Jr., Stacey White, Bethany Rowland and Holly Rowland, all of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be conducted Wednesday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Willis Switzer in Riverside Memorial Park. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel is in charge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 8 p.m. and at the residence at all other times. Memorial contributions should be made to American Diabetes Association, 101 W. Plume Street, Norfolk, Va. 23510.
