Johnie L. Redditt, 84, died Dec. 15, 1995, in the Princeton hospital. He was the son of the late Joseph and Francis Redditt.
Mr. Redditt was a former Sunday School teacher at the Princeton Baptist Church. Previously he worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and the Newport News Naval Shipyard, 30 years combined.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha Redditt; sons, Clifton Lee Redditt Sr. and Donald Grey Redditt; half-brother, Levy B. Ingram; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Dec. 16, 1995, at Casey Funeral Home in Princeton. The graveside service was at the Olive Branch Cemetery in Portsmouth on Dec. 17.
