Ailene Roush, 63, of the 5800 block of Hedgerow Circle, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
She was a native of Spring Hope, N.C. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lena West, who lived in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include her husband, William A. Roush; four daughters, Linda Byrd of New Orleans, Virginia Vick of Keysville, Va., Patricia Bryant of Wilmington, N.C., and Betty Lennartz of Rocky Mount, N.C.; four sons, Bennie Goddard of Chesapeake, Robert Roush of Portsmouth, Richard Roush of Fairborn, Ohio, and Robert Goddard of New Orleans; 19 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held Wednesday, Dec. 20, 1995, at 1 p.m. in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
