JOSEPH S. PRATT

Joseph S. Pratt, 59, of R.D. (NU)4, Box 56, Suplee, Honey Brook, Pa. died on Saturday, Dec. 16, 1995 at Brandywine Hospital, after a brief illness.

He was born in Suffolk, Va. and is the son of Joseph V. and Dorothy Wolf Pratt of Franklin, Va. He was the husband of Rebecca S. Leaman Pratt. He was a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and was an aeronautical engineer and worked for Lockheed-Martin in King of Prussia, Pa. He was a member of the W.K. Bray (NU)401 F. & A.M. Lodge in Hatboro, Pa. He was a 32nd degree mason and served as worshipful master of his lodge. He is also a member of the Shriners, Lulu Temple and the Reading Consistory. He is also a member of the Elverson R/C Club and the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPO); and the Academy of Model Aeronautics.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca S. Leaman Pratt; his father and mother, Joseph V. and Dorothy Wolf Pratt of Franklin, Va.; one son, Christopher Pratt of Hatboro; one daughter, Kimberly Webb of Hatboro; three stepsons, Thomas W. Stauffer of Berwyn, Pa., Kevin M. Stauffer of Warrington, Pa. and Scott L. Stauffer of King of Prussia, Pa.; one grandson, Steven Pratt of Hatboro; one step grandson, Nathan Stauffer of King of Prussia and two sisters, Barbara Hutcheson of Chesapeake and Beverly Crowling of Oakton, Va.

Funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. in St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 221 North Front St., Harrisburg, Pa. Interment is private. There will be no viewing. A Masonic service will be held at the church today at 1:30 p.m. Contributions in his memory may be sent to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, 8400 Roosevelt Blvd., Philadelphia, Pa. 19152.
