Susan H. Reckeweg, 48, of the 100 block of Bassett Ave., died Dec. 18, 1995, in a local hospital.
Susan is survived by her husband, Ronald J. Reckeweg of Virginia Beach; daughter, Stephanie Griffin of Austell, Ga.; step-daughter, Robin Ann Patrick of Richfield Springs, N.Y.; son, Stephen Griffin of Marietta, Ga.; five step-sons, Aaron and Cory Reckeweg, both of Houston; Randy and Michael Reckeweg, both of Cooperstown, N.Y. and Brian Reckeweg of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Carol Goodman of Aurora, Ohio and Marilyn Yava of New Orleans, La. and London, England; and brother, Joseph Handel of Marietta, Ga. Susan touched the lives of many in her short stay here on earth and leaves many friends who will miss her dearly. She leaves us now to join her best friend, Jesus.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gauchers Foundations, 1140 Rockville Pike, Suite 350, Rockville, Md. 20852. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
