ANNA G. STEWART

Anna Belle Gardner Stewart, 105, formerly of Brickby Road, died Dec. 19, 1995, in Jacksonville, N.C.

She was a homemaker and a native of East Point, Va. She was the widow of James Augustus Stewart. She was a past matron of the Elizabeth Chapter (NU)45, Order of the Eastern Star and she was presented the life time award by the Presbyterian Women.

She is survived by four grandchildren, Donna McIntyre of Jacksonville, N.C., Charles Fulford of Arlington, Va., Sherry Hatfield of Virginia Beach, Milinda Derrenbacher of Norfolk; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Larry Miles in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Zuni Presbyterian Center, Zuni, Va. 23898.
