Danny Tyson Wright, 35, Wanchese; charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Charles Mason Cleaver III, 45, Wanchese; charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and sale and delivery of a controlled substance.
Kimberly Denita Spruill, 24, Manteo; charged with two counts of conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine, maintaining a vehicle to keep controlled substances, and three counts of sale and delivery of a controlled substance.
Norman Anthony Gibbs, a.k.a. Tony Montague, 27, Wanchese; charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and two counts of conspiracy to sell and distribute cocaine.
Michael John Gratz, 31, Manteo; charged with misdemeanor resisting arrest and obstructing a public official.
Thelma Arendia Norman, 41, Manteo; charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and sale and distribution of a controlled substance.

LaToya Winslow, 21, Manteo; charged with possession and intent to deliver cocaine, sale and delivery of cocaine, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle to keep and sell a controlled substance.
Two 16-year-olds also were arrested and charged with drug violations.
