Virginia F. Aragona, 83, of the 1000 Country Mill Road, died Dec. 19, 1995, in Venice, Fla.
Mrs. Aragona was a native of Jamaica, New York. She was the widow of John A. Aragona. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Virginia Beach.
Survivors include four daughters, Filemina Aragona, of New York, Rachel Sancillo and Rosemarie Farina, both of Virginia Beach, Joan Aragona of Nags Head, N.C.; two sons, John X. Aragona of Virginia Beach, Eugene Aragona, Virginia; two sisters, Bridget DeMille and Cecelia Russell both of Virginia Beach; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday Dec. 23, 1995, at Holy Family Catholic Church by the Father Richard Mooney. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. A Christian Wake service will be held at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, today at 5:30 p.m. Memorial Donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, 601 Childrens Lane, Norfolk, 23507, in honor of great-grandson Michael John Sancillio. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, are handling arrangements.
