Allen Anthony ``Tony'' Fulcher Jr., 19, of the 800 block Woodstream Way, died Dec. 20, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Fulcher was born in Norfolk, Va., and was a framing and construction worker.
Survivors include his mother, Cheryal Taylor of Chesapeake; his father, Allen A. Fulcher Sr. of Topping, Va.; two sisters, Alicia A. Fulcher and Laura C. Taylor, both of Chesapeake; and maternal grandfather, James C. Reed of Chesapeake.
The funeral will be conducted Saturday at noon by the Rev. Paul D. Moore in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel in charge. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home today from 5 to 7 p.m.
