Grace Stanley Wheelbarger, 67, of 2103 Shady Drive, died Friday, Dec. 22, 1995, in Albemarle Hospital.
She was a native of Isle of Wight, Va., and a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church in Pocomoke City, Md. She was the daughter of the late Lon Stanley and the late Maude Griggs Stanley Braswell. She was the wife of Dale Edwin Wheelbarger Sr. of the home.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Wheelbarger is survived by a son, Dale E. Wheelbarger Jr. of Elizabeth City, N.C.; a grandson, Jason Sean Wheelbarger of Tamarac, Fla.; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Twiford's Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Portsmouth. The family will receive friends at the funeral home in Chesapeake from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today, and at other times at the residence.
