Walter William Loulies, 81, of 128 Gillis Road, died Dec. 23, 1995, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mr. Loulies, a native of Berlin, Germany, retired as a plummer with the Portsmouth School System. He was a member of Alliance Church and AARP.
Survivors include his wife, Helen V. Loulies; a daughter, Gloria Holland of Portsmouth; a son, Walter W. Loulies Jr. of Suffolk; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Earl W. Freeland. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today and other times at 94 Dahlgren Ave., Portsmouth.
