Broadus Cauldwell ``Dock'' Breakfield, 66, of 672 Elaine Ave., died Dec. 20, 1995, in San Diego Hospice.
Mr. Breakfield, a retired gunnery sergeant, served in the U.S. Marine Corps for 21 years. He served in Korea, Okinawa, the Philippines and Vietnam. He was a graduate of San Diego State. He was a former resident of North Carolina and Virginia and employed at The Sewing Company. In his leisure time he enjoyed spending time with family, friends, ``Alf'' his dog, sharkfishing on his boat, and football and computer games.
Survivors include five daughters, Deborah McGuire of San Francisco, Calif., Donna Condry of Lawton, Okla., Vickie Rosenberg of Oceanside, Sue Jeffrey of Vista, Calif., Donna Richter of Carson City, Nev.; two brothers, Wick Breakfield of Chesapeake, John Breakfield of Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.; and nine grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, Calif., by Chaplin Thomas Condry. Memorial donations may be made to San Diego Hospice, 4311 Third Ave., San Diego, Calif. 92103-1407. Telophase Cremation Society, San Marcos, Calif., is in charge of arrangements.
