TERESA M. SOLL

Teresa M. Soll, 95, widow of Bernard N. Soll died Dec. 20, 1995.

She was born March 21, 1900, in Boston, Mass. and resided in Little Ferry, New Jersey. She graduated from the Little Ferry Schools with the highest class honors. After marriage to Bernard N. Soll, also of Little Ferry, N.J., they resided for many years in Fair Lawn, N.J. where she was active in the Rosary Society of St. Anne's Catholic Church and several school and civic organizations. Upon retirement, they moved to Virginia Beach, where she resided for many years. She was active in St. Gregory's Women's Club, September Club, a Seniors organization, SEAVAMP, AARP and volunteered for 25 years with the Red Cross Blood Bank, and several other civic organizations. She was a friend to the world and loved by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her daughters, Bernice M. Roberts of Virginia Beach, Virginia T. Hale of Neenah, Wisc.; six grandchildren, Mark G. Roberts of Huntsville, Ala., Colleen T. Roberts of Newport News, Maureen T. Iverson and Deidre Brewster of Appleton, Wisc., John B, Hale of Menlo Park, Calif., and Brian M. Hale of Columbus, Ohio; and three great-grandchildren.

Being very devoted to and having great faith in the praying of the Rosary, a Rosary service will be conducted in her memory at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 26th of December 1995 at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Virginia Beach. A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday, 27th of December at St. Gregory's Catholic Church, Virginia Beach Blvd., with interment immediately following at Rosewood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home of Bernice Roberts. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the SPCA of Virginia Beach, 3040 Holland Road, Virginia Beach, Va. or the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 945, Virginia Beach, Va. 23451-0945. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. Laskin Road Chapel are handling arrangements.
