Lillian Rose Kelly ``Sister Kelly'' Bell, 71, of the 6400 block of Palem Road, died Dec. 22, 1995, in her home.
Mrs. Bell, the widow of Vernon L. Bell, was a former employee of Norfolk Public Schools. She was a native of Norfolk and a member of Olive Grove Baptist Church, Norfolk, where she was an active member and past president of the Missionary Circle.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda A. Turner of Norfolk; three sons, Ronald L. Bell Sr., Richard C. Bell Sr., Vernon B. Bell, all of Norfolk; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law; and a son-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary E. Kelly and Fleming Kelly.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Olive Grove Baptist Church by Dr. Harry A. Davis. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 6456 Palem Road at 11 a.m. for the procession to the church on Thursday. The remains will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Hale Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
