Max Meyer, 71, died Dec. 25, 1995.
Mr. Meyer was a native of Richmond, Va. He was a member of Temple Emanuel in Virginia Beach. Mr. Meyer was a past president of Temple Emanuel and was a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Miriam K. Meyer of Virginia Beach; one daughter, Merle M. Schwartz of Durham, N.C.; one son, Dr. Michael B. Meyer of Roanoke, Va.; two sisters, Jean M. Kluger and her husband, Jules of Virginia Beach, Sura M. Goldner and her husband, Dr. Martin Goldner of Virginia Beach; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 27, 1995, in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by Rabbi Israel Zoberman. Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Education Fund of Temple Emanuel. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
