Jean Kittrell Hall, 67, of the 7000 block of Kirby Crescent, went to be with the Lord on Dec. 25, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mrs. Hall, a native of Norfolk, graduated from Maury High School in 1946. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Norfolk, where she taught Sunday school, sang in the Choir, played the handbells and was a deaconness. She retired from Cooke and Neff Realty Company.
She is survived by her husband, Webster Dowell Hall; a son, Richard D. Hall of Charlotte, N.C.; and two daughters, Denise Jarrett and Darlene Chambers, both of Virginia Beach; a brother, Ronald Kittrell of Norfolk; and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at Temple Baptist Church by the Rev. Mark Pullen of Thursday, Dec. 28, 1995, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart Fund.
