William E. Smith, of the 1400 block of Melon St., died Dec. 22, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mr. Smith was a native of Norfolk. Survivors include his wife, Anne Smith; three sisters, Juanita Sawyer, Lillian Scott and Norris Parker, all of Norfolk; two brothers, George Smith and John Smith, both of Norfolk; and a special nephew, George Parker.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may join the family at 2824 E. Princess Anne Road.
