Wandalee M. Smith, 75, of Point Elizabeth Drive, devoted wife and beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 1995.
Mrs. Smith was a native of Pax, W.Va. She and her husband resided for more than 50 years in Portsmouth.
Survivors include her husband, George W. Smith; two daughters, Brenda S. Quayle and Lisa S. Martin, both of Chesapeake; two sons, Barry D. Smith and Danny K. Smith, both of Chesapeake; and nine grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
