From 1955 until today, the number of farmers in America has decreased 60 percent, while the Department of Agriculture has increased its employees by half. The shame of this is that our elected senators and congressional representatives are aware of these percentages and have obviously pooh-pooed 'em.
Who else but the federal government can lose 60 percent of its customers and increase staff 50 percent? You do the math!
