C. Lester Dorson died Dec. 26, 1995, in his residence.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred S. Dorson; son, Richard L. Dorson of Herndon, Va.; two brothers, William R. Dorson of Suffolk, Leo C. Dorson Jr. of Richmond; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by Father James Dorson. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
