JOSEPH S. REDFEARN

Joseph Shelly Redfearn, of the 900 block of Baldwin Ave., died Tuesday, Dec. 26, 1995, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Mr. Redfearn was a Norfolk native and had retired as an executive with Greyhound Bus Lines after 35 years of service. He was an Army veteran having served in World War II. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church, the Wesleymen Bible Class, The Rose Society, and was past commander of the Disabled American Veterans, Chapter (NU)4.

He is survived by his wife, Jean V. Redfearn; sister, Laura Carr of Virginia Beach; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Charles Blalock and Judge Hal J. Bonney Jr. There will be no viewing at the funeral home. Cox Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
