JEFFERINE B. FOSTER

Jefferine Corrine Boone Foster, 61, of 1004 Blanton Place, formerly of Portsmouth, died Dec. 27, 1995, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

A native of Durham, N.C., she was the daughter of Irene Oakley Boone, of Mill Springs, N.C., and the late Jessie Boone. She was retired from Milliken Inc. and active with the Shriner's Hospital Transportation Corp. She was a Baptist.

Survivors also include her husband, Ray Foster of the home; two daughters, Carol Epps and Patricia Foster of Chesnee; two sons, Tom Foster of Greenville, S.C., Joe Foster of Vancouver, Wash.; one sister, Betty Wolf of Lenoir City, Tenn.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.

Visitation will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, at Sunset Memorial Park by the Revs. Ralph Brown and George Holland. Memorials may be made to, Hospice Special Needs Fund, 120 Heywood Ave., Spartanburg, S.C. 29302. The family is at the home, 1004 Blanton Place. Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
